Goes great with chicken or beef. My family members ask me to make it for get togethers! Ingredients:
2 c. uncooked elbow macaroni |
1 small jar diced pimento |
1/4 c. bell pepper, chopped |
1/4 c onion, chopped |
1/3 c. mayonnaise |
1/2 c. milk |
1 can cream of mushroom soup |
1 - 2 cups shredded cheese |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. 2. Cook macaroni until done and drain very well. 3. Mix all other ingredients together. 4. Add macaroni and mix well. 5. Use more milk if mixture is thick. 6. Needs to be a little soupy and will thicken as it is cooked. 7. Pour into a casserole dish. 8. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown on top |
