This is a dish that's really quick and easy. The butter is what makes the tomatoes into a rich sauce. Be sure and salt the water you cook your pasta in really well, it makes a difference in the final taste. Try it! Read more !!
Ingredients:
1 pound box of macaroni
1 can of tomatoes; diced or whole
3 tbs butter (or margarine)
Directions:
1. Boil macaroni as directed on the box - be sure to put lots of salt in the water
2. Drain, and put back into the same pot on very low heat
3. Add the can tomatoes, if you choose to use the whole, just squish each tomato in your hand first and add all the liquid, stir
4. Add the butter in 1 tbs pats and stir in to melt and develop the sauce
5. Remove from the heat
6. Taste then add salt and pepper to taste
7. Enjoy the heavenly-ness!!
