Macaroni and Hot Dog Stuffed Bell Peppers |

Kids love these! Ingredients:
8 ounces macaroni (cooked and drained) |
6 medium green bell peppers |
1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese (softened) |
1 cup sour cream |
1/4 cup milk |
2 tablespoons minced onions |
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard |
1 teaspoon garlic powder |
1 (8 ounce) package hot dogs, sliced thin |
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350. 2. Cut green peppers in half, discarding seeds. 3. In large sauce pan over high heat cook peppers in boiling salted water for 5 minutes; drain. 4. In a large bowl, blend cream cheese with sour cream and milk until smooth. 5. Stir in onions, 1/2 teaspoons. 6. salt, dry mustard and garlic powder. 7. Stir in sliced hot dogs and cooked macaroni. 8. Spoon macaroni mixture into pepper halves. 9. Place prepared peppers into a 13x9 baking dish that has been sprayed with cooking spray; cover Bake for 25 minutes. 10. Remove cover and sprinkle with the shredded cheese. 11. Return to oven for 10-15 minutes or until cheese is melted. |
