2 cups elbow macaroni |
1 1/2 cups diced cooked ham |
2 chopped hard boiled eggs |
6 sliced stuffed olives |
2 tablespoons chopped parsley |
2 tablespoons chopped pimentos |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/8 teaspoon pepper |
1/2 cup mayonnaise |
Directions:
1. Cook and drain macaroni following directions on package. Rinse, drain and chill. Combine all ingredients, blending thoroughly. May be served on lettuce leaves; topped with tomato slices. |
