Ingredients:
6 tablespoon(s) flour |
6 tablespoon(s) butter |
4 cup(s) milk |
1 pound(s) elbow macaroni |
1 pound(s) grated sharp cheddar cheese |
1/2 teaspoon(s) salt |
1/2 teaspoon(s) lemon pepper |
bread crumbs |
Directions:
1. Melt the butter. Stir in the flour. Gradually add the milk, stirring continuously. When the milk is hot, add the grated cheese and stir until it melts. Add the salt, lemon pepper and cooked elbows. Pour into a casserole dish and coat with bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. |
