                                                1 tablespoon(s) boiling water  |  
                                                1 tablespoon(s) butter  |  
                                                1 teaspoon(s) dry mustard  |  
                                                1 egg (well beaten)  |  
                                                2 cup(s) macaroni  |  
                                                1 cup(s) milk  |  
                                                1/8 teaspoon(s) nutmeg  |  
                                                1/2 teaspoon(s) salt  |  
                                                3 cup(s) shredded cheddar cheese  |  
                                                1/4 cup(s) shredded onion  |  
                                                
                     
                    Directions: 
                    
                        
                            
                                1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees 2. Grease 1 1/2 qt casserole. Cook macaroni. Drain. Stir in butter and egg. In large mixing bowl mix mustard, nutmeg, and salt with boiling water. Stir in milk 2 1/2 c cheese, onion, and macaroni. Pour into baking dish. Top with remaining cheese. Sprinkle with paprika.
