This dish is a 5 cheese macaroni and cheese your family will love. Ingredients:
2 lb elbow macaroni |
1 lb. velvetta cheese |
1/2 lb.monteray jack cheese |
1/2 lb.mozzerella cheese |
1/2 lb.cheddar cheese |
1/2 lb.provolone |
8 eggs (beaten) |
1 cup butter |
1 cup of milk |
salt and pepper to taste |
Directions:
1. First boil the macaroni according to package and preheat oven to 350 2. grate all the cheese and cube up the Velvetta 3. mix macaroni, eggs, milk, butter, velvetta, and seasonings. 4. pour into 13'x9'x2' 5. bake for 60 minutes or until milk and eggs are cooked 6. then top with all cheese and bake another 30 minutes. 7. let cool for 15 minutes before eating. 8.
