I haven't tried this yet but it should be good Ingredients:
2 tablespoons margarine |
2 tablespoons flour |
1 cup milk |
1 cup cheddar cheese, grated |
8 ounces cooked macaroni |
Directions:
1. Melt margarine over medium heat and stir in flour, making a roux. 2. Add milk with a wire whisk and continue cooking until thickened. 3. Add the cheese. 4. Stir until cheese is completely melted, then pour over hot pasta and serve. |
