1 tablespoon flour |
2 teaspoons dry mustard |
1 teaspoon garlic salt |
1/8 teaspoon pepper |
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper |
1 cup milk |
4 ounces velveeta cheese |
4 ounces cheddar cheese |
Directions:
1. Boil the noodles according to the manufacturers directions. In the meantime,. 2. Make a roux from the butter and flour. 3. Add the mustard, pepper, garlic salt, and cayenne. 4. Add the milk and heat until bubbly. 5. Take off the heat. Slowly stir in the cheeses. 6. When the cheese is incorporated, stir the cheese mixture into the noodles. |
