Macaroni and Cheese

A very old recipe from my grandmother. It is really simple and good if you like tomatoes, cheese, and macaroni.
Ingredients:
2 (28 ounce) cans whole tomatoes, crushed
3 cups macaroni, uncooked
1 lb cheddar cheese, grated
salt and pepper
Directions:
1. Set rack in middle of oven and pre-heat to 400°F.
2. Par-boil macaroni for 4 1/2 minutes.
3. Rinse in cold water and drain.
4. Mash tomatoes using potato masher, hand blender, or food processor.
5. Mix with cooled macaroni and pour into a large baking dish. I use my small, oval roasting pan.
6. Coarsely grate cheese and spread evenly over macaroni and tomatoes in baking dish.
7. Bake at 400 F for 25 minutes.
