1 1/2 cups cooked macaroni |
3/4 cup cooked red kidney beans |
1/3 cup chopped celery |
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley |
3 tablespoons mayonnaise |
1/2 teaspoon distilled white vinegar |
1/4 teaspoon salt (to taste) |
1/8 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. In a big bowl, toss together the macaroni, beans, celery, and parsley. 2. In a small bowl, stir together the remaining ingredients; pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine. 3. *May add 1/2 cup chopped red or green bell peppers. |
