I forgot I had this recipe. Makes for a beautiful presentation. Ingredients:
1/3 cup unsalted macadamia nuts, whole and halves |
3/4 cup mini marshmallows (white or pink) |
1/2 cup red glazed cherries, chopped |
1/4 cup desiccated coconut (optional) |
2 cups chocolate (milk chocolate, white or a combo of both melted separately for a swirled effect) |
Directions:
1. Toss together the macadamias, marshmallows, cherries and coconut then scatter over the bottom of a parchment lined 9 x 13 cookie sheet. 2. Melt the chocolate in a double saucepan or in a microwave and pour evenly over the top, smoothing the top with the back of a spoon. 3. Refrigerate until set, then cut into pieces with a hot sharp knife. 4. Store in a sealed container in a cool place or the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. |
