Wake up your loved ones to the taste of these wonderful macadamia nut pancakes. These are a great way to start any day or save them for the weekend for a special brunch. Ingredient list does not include the passion fruit syrup. The site does not say how many it serves so am being cautious with my estimate. Try it with Passionfruit Syrup and Macadamia Nut Butter. Ingredients:
4 eggs |
1 cup sour cream |
1/2 cup flour |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 tablespoon sugar |
1/4 teaspoon baking soda |
1/2 cup macadamia nuts |
1 apple (optional) |
2 tablespoons toasted coconut |
macadamia butter (optional) |
1/3 cup passionfruit syrup |
Directions:
1. Whisk eggs and sour cream; add to dry ingredients. 2. Place large spoonful on hot griddle and cook until bubbly and able to turn. 3. Turn and cook on other side until lightly browned. 4. Serve topped with sliced apple, bananas, toasted coconut, and macadamia butter. 5. Serve with passion fruit syrup. |
