Macadamia Nut Butter Sauce (For Chicken or Fish)

Goes well over chicken, mahi mahi, or rice. Very attractive.
Ingredients:
3/4 cup butter or 3/4 cup margarine
1/2 cup macadamia nuts, coarsely chopped (about 2.5 oz)
1/2 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Directions:
1. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat and saute nuts until golden brown.
2. Add parsley.
