Another good cookie for your Christmas, always a treat on a cookie tray!! Ingredients:
6 1/2 ounces dry roasted salted macadamia nuts, finely chopped |
1/4 cup powdered sugar |
1 cup butter, room temperature |
2 cups flour |
1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
Directions:
1. Cream the butter and sugar. Add the flour, vanilla and chopped nuts. Roll in 3/4 inch balls and bake on parchment lined baking sheets at 325* for 20-22 minutes. Roll in powdered sugar while warm. 2. These freeze well. |
