This recipe goes with Macadamia-Fudge Cake Ingredients:
4 (1-ounce) semisweet chocolate squares |
1 (7-ounce) jar macadamia nuts, toasted and coarsely chopped |
1 cup whipping cream |
3/4 cup sugar |
2 tablespoons butter or margarine |
1 tablespoon corn syrup |
1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
Directions:
1. Cook first 6 ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat 5 minutes or until blended, stirring constantly. Remove from heat, and stir in vanilla. Let cool 10 minutes. |
