From Cappuccino Espresso the Book of Beverages by Christie and Thomas Katona. Ingredients:
1 ounce chocolate fudge syrup |
1 ounce macadamia nut syrup |
2 shots espresso |
steamed milk |
whipped cream |
cocoa powder, for garnish |
Directions:
1. In a 12-ounce cup, combine syrups and espresso. 2. Fill cup with steamed milk, top with whipped cream and sprinkle with cocoa powder. 3. Serve immediately. |
