A macaroni salad with all the fixins' Yum!!! Ingredients:
1 lb. elbow macaroni |
2 cups diced cooked chicken |
1 cucumber seeded and chopped |
1 cup chopped celery |
6 radishes sliced |
3/4 cup mayonaise |
1/4 cup plain yogurt |
2 tbsp milk |
1 tbsp dill |
1 tsp salt |
1/4 tsp pepper |
Directions:
1. Cook pasta in boiling salted water. 2. Drain and put into large bowl. 3. Add next 4 ingredients. 4. In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise, yogurt, milk, dill, salt and pepper. 5. Toss with pasta mixture. 6. Cover and chill. |
