A macaroni salad with all the fixins' Yum!!!
Ingredients:
1 lb. elbow macaroni
2 cups diced cooked chicken
1 cucumber seeded and chopped
1 cup chopped celery
6 radishes sliced
3/4 cup mayonaise
1/4 cup plain yogurt
2 tbsp milk
1 tbsp dill
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
Directions:
1. Cook pasta in boiling salted water.
2. Drain and put into large bowl.
3. Add next 4 ingredients.
4. In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise, yogurt, milk, dill, salt and pepper.
5. Toss with pasta mixture.
6. Cover and chill.
