8 ounces velveeta cheese, shredded |
1/2 cup margarine |
1/2 cup rice flour |
1/2 cup nonfat milk |
8 ounces gluten-free pasta |
Directions:
1. Cook noodles according to instructions on package. 2. Meanwhihle, melt butter and mix in rice flour. 3. Cook until thick and pasty. 4. Add Velveeta and milk. 5. Stir until smooth. 6. Microwave until smooth and bubbly. 7. Add noodles and cook in microwave 4-5 minutes. |
