Mac 'n Cheese and a Bit More |

This is a quick recipe to make and not expensive. I have been making it for years now and my children love it. The peas can be interchanged with corn as well. Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef |
1 (14 ounce) can diced tomatoes with onion garlic and basil |
1 cup frozen peas |
1 cup milk |
1 (7 1/2 ounce) box kraft macaroni and cheese |
Directions:
1. Brown meat in pan large enough to hold all ingredients. 2. Add all other ingredients and mix well. 3. Bring to boil, then lower heat to simmer and cover for about 10 to 15 minutes. Or until pasta is tender. 4. Stiring occasionally. |
