                    Yummy-adult flavored mac and cheese. Sometimes, you just gotta have it. Ingredients: 
                    
                        
                                                12 ounces uncooked quinoa elbow macaroni  |  
                                                6 tablespoons butter  |  
                                                6 tablespoons flour  |  
                                                1 tsp salt  |  
                                                2 cups non fat milk, warmed  |  
                                                1/2 cup romano cheese  |  
                                                1 dash nutmeg  |  
                                                
                     
                    Directions: 
                    
                        
                            
                                1. Cook macaroni as directed, drain and cover to keep warm. 2. Melt butter in a 2 quart saucepan over medium heat. Add flour and salt, cooking for 2 minutes. Gradually stir in milk whisking to prevent lumps. 3. Remove from heat, stir in cheese and nutmeg.
