Low fat mac and cheese. Not included is four oz of 75% reduced fat Cabot Sharp cheddar. For correct measurements, add 1 oz of this cheese to each serving. Ingredients:
1 cup skim milk |
1/2 cup parmesan cheese |
8 oz macaroni |
1 tsp garlic powder |
1/2 tsp black pepper |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients excluding pasta at low heat until melted through. 2. Add to al dente pasta and enjoy! |
