This is a very easy recipe that I got from a friend. You can make it the day before. Ingredients:
2 cups fat-free cottage cheese |
1 (8 ounce) container fat free sour cream |
1 egg |
3/4 teaspoon salt |
pepper |
garlic |
2 (8 ounce) bags reduced-fat sharp cheddar cheese |
1 (7 ounce) package cooked macaroni |
Directions:
1. Combine cottage cheese, sour cream, egg, salt, garlic and pepper. 2. Add cheese and mix well. 3. Add macaroni and stir until well coated. 4. Put in a greased 2 1/2 quart dish. 5. Bake at 350°F uncovered for 25-30 minutes. |
