Mabu Tofu with Rice and Ground Beef. I don't have the nutritional info for the Mabu packet on me right now so it's not included in the calories. It adds an estimated 60 calories to each serving. Will update soon! Ingredients:
3 cups cooked rice |
12 ounce extra firm tofu, small cubes |
1.12 pound ground beef |
Directions:
1. Cook 2 cups uncooked rice in rice cooker (approx. 30 mins) 2. Brown meat in skillet 3. Add Mabu Tofu sauce package to skillet 4. Add tofu cubes to skillet and heat for additional 5 minutes 5. Serve skillet contents over rice |
