3 tablespoons onions, grated |
1 lb ground beef |
3 tablespoons flour |
2 tablespoons oil, she said fat |
11 1/2 ounces cream of mushroom soup |
3/4 cup milk |
2 cups peas, frozen |
1/2 cup celery, minced |
1 tablespoon parsley, minced |
Directions:
1. mix together egg and milk '. 2. add to bread crumbs. 3. add spices mix add onion and meat 4. make into 20 small balls 5. roll into flour 6. brown in fat cook until balls are well browned 7. remove 8. fry celery add soup and milk cook until smooth add parsley add peas and meatballs back in. |
