Back in the late 1980's, my Mom was diagnosed with MS. There were some things in her diet that changed with this diagnosis. My Mom likes sweets - so this recipe was one given to her that would be okay to eat. It actually has a great flavor and is not heavy like a regular brownie can be. Ingredients:
2 eggs |
3/4 cup sugar |
1/2 teaspoon vanilla |
1/2 cup chocolate syrup |
1/3 cup vegetable oil |
3/4 cup flour |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Beat eggs. Add sugar and vanilla. Mix well. 3. Add syrup and oil. Mix. 4. Add flour and salt. Mix well. 5. Put in 8x8 non-stick pan. 6. Bake for 30 minutes. 7. Note: This recipe can be doubled for 9x13 pan. |
