A simple beef tagine Ingredients:
1 lb. beef |
1 1/2 lb. potatoes |
14 oz. onions |
10 oz. carrots |
5 cloves garlic |
1 beef bouillon cube |
Directions:
1. Spices used: cinnamon, cloves, ginger, saffron, rosebuds, mint, salt, black pepper. Also lemon juice and white vinegar, about a tablespoonful of each. 2. Put spices in container with bouillon cube and add boiling water to dissolve. 3. Pour over cut-up meat in crockpot to marinate while cutting vegetables. 4. Cook in crockpot. |
