A tasty unhealthy breakfast.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup milk
2 eggs
butter
sugar
jelly or jam
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. Butter skillet and heat until butter sizzles.
3. Mix all ingredients.
4. Pour enough mixture onto skillet to cover evenly at about 1/4 thick.
5. Heat on skillet until bottom of baby is done - about 2 minutes.
6. Put the whole thing in the oven and bake until it puffs up - about 10 minutes.
7. Slather with butter, sugar, jelly, jam or whatever else you can think of.
