This recipe came from my neighbor, and it is the best ever. The cake is moist, and the frosting is rich and creamy. Plus it is simple to make. My kids love it because the cake can be whatever color of jello you pick. Ingredients:
18 1/4 ounces white cake mix |
1 (3 ounce) box of your favorite flavor jello gelatin |
1 cup hot water |
3/4 cup oil |
4 eggs |
2 (1 1/4 ounce) envelopes dream whip |
2 (3 1/2 ounce) packets of vanilla pudding |
2 cups milk |
Directions:
1. dissolve jello in hot water, set aside until cool.
2. mix oil and eggs(one at a time) into cake mix.
3. Add cooled jello to cake and mix well.
4. bake 350 degrees for about 40 minute.
5. Frosting:.
6. combine all ingredients and mix until fluffy.
7. Spread on cooled cake.
8. Keep in the Fridge.
