Traditional sweet potato dish...with a twist(or a shot!) Ingredients:
3 cups cooked and mashed sweet potatoes |
6t butter, 4 t softened and 2t melted |
1/2 cup packed brown sugar |
1t vanilla |
1t cinnamon |
1t salt |
1/2t pepper |
1/2 cup jack daniel's whiskey |
1 cup pecan halves |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients except pecans and melted butter and spread in 2 qt oven safe dish sprayed with no stick spray.
2. Top with pecans and drizzle with melted butter.
3. Bake at 350 for about 20 minutes.
