I recently bought some Paraiso Lychee Liquor and fell in love with it. Soho also make a great lychee liquor.

Ingredients:

3 ounces soho lychee liqueur

2 ounces vodka

2 ounces cranberry juice

1 dash fresh lime juice

Directions:

1. Add to a shaker and mix with ice.
2. Pour into martini glasses and garnish with a slice of lime or a seeded fresh lychee.
