I had this when I went out for dinner a couple of weeks ago and it was delicious! I bought a bottle of lychee liqueur and made my own :)

Ingredients:

1 ounce lychee liqueur

champagne, to top glass up

Directions:

1. Pour lychee liqueur into a champagne flute.
2. Top up with chilled champagne, and gently stir.
3. Enjoy!
