I just love this! It's refreshing, warming, zesty, tangy and sweet. Ingredients:
1 cup low-fat lime yogurt or 1 cup lemon yogurt |
1/2 cup chopped lychees |
1 fresh lime juice |
1/2 tablespoon honey |
6 ice cubes |
1/4 teaspoon cardamom, ground into fine powder |
Directions:
1. Blend all in a blender till smooth and frothy. 2. Enjoy. |
