A recipe from Martin Yan. Ingredients:
1 (20 ounce) can lychees with syrup |
1 (12 ounce) can frozen lemonade concentrate |
2 1/2 cups water |
ice cube |
1 lemon, thinly sliced |
5 sprigs mint |
Directions:
1. Combine lychees (with syrup), lemonade concentrate, and water in blender. 2. Whirl until smooth. 3. Serve over ice. 4. Garnish with lemon slices and mint sprigs. |
