Yummy lychee (from the can!) used to make a wonderful ice cream.
Ingredients:
1 (20 ounce) can lychees
1 pint heavy cream
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 lime, juice of
Directions:
1. Drain the lychees, reserving their syrup.
2. Coarsely chop the lychee then combine all ingredients including the reserved syrup.
3. Freeze according to the directions for your ice cream maker.
