Yummy lychee (from the can!) used to make a wonderful ice cream. Ingredients:
1 (20 ounce) can lychees |
1 pint heavy cream |
1/4 cup sugar |
1/2 lime, juice of |
Directions:
1. Drain the lychees, reserving their syrup. 2. Coarsely chop the lychee then combine all ingredients including the reserved syrup. 3. Freeze according to the directions for your ice cream maker. |
