I made this up one day and the results were absolutely delicious! Ingredients:
1 (16 ounce) canned lychees, in syrup |
1/2-3/4 cup malibu rum, chilled |
1 cup ice |
Directions:
1. Freeze the lychees with their syrup until frozen. I freeze them separately, but I don't think it matters. 2. Combine ice, lychees, and rum into blender and blend until smooth. 3. If it is too sweet for you, adjust with more ice. Drink up! |
