I got this recipe out of a southern living magazine, this is not your usual pina colada, I loved the banana flavor. Ingredients:
1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, undrained |
1 (8 1/2 ounce) can cream of coconut |
1 banana, sliced |
1/2 cup powdered milk |
1/4 cup water |
1/4 cup light rum |
1 teaspoon lemon juice |
1 tablespoon sugar |
15 ice cubes |
shredded coconut, to garnish-optional |
Directions:
1. Combine first nine ingredients in blender, blend until ice is finely crushed. 2. Top with coconut. |
