Ingredients:
3 bananas |
1 can(s) eagle brand milk |
1/2 cup(s) lemon juice |
2 1/2 cup(s) milk |
1 can(s) rediwhip whipped cream |
1 teaspoon(s) vanilla |
1 package(s) vanilla instant pudding 6 oz. |
1 box(es) vanilla wafers |
Directions:
1. Add milk and vanilla to instant pudding and whisk until thickened. Blend in the can of Eagle Brand milk to pudding mixture, set aside for 5 minutes. 2. Line bottom of large serving bowl with vanilla wafers. Slice bananas, coat with lemon juice and place banana slices on top of vanilla wafers. 3. Blend 3 cups of whipped cream into pudding mixture and spoon over wafer and banana layer. 4. Add vanilla wafers around sides and continue to layer wafers, bananas, and pudding. Top pudding layers with wafers. 5. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight. 6. Top individual servings with whipped cream. |
