Gleaned from an Austalian site, this is so good! Ingredients:
1 large ripe banana |
1/2 cup strawberries or 1/2 cup berries, of choice |
1/2 cup low-fat yogurt (your choice) |
1 cup low-fat milk |
1 teaspoon ginger |
1/2 teaspoon honey (optional) |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and mix well to combine. 2. Pour into a tall glass with some ice cubes for a great start to your day! |
