Ingredients:

1 cup(s) butter

1/2 cup(s) cocoa

2 cup(s) flour

2 cup(s) sugar

4 eggs

4 teaspoon(s) vanilla

1 cup(s) chopped nuts

1/4 cup(s) softened butter

1/4 cup(s) can milk (regular milk is fine)

1/4 cup(s) cocoa

3 cup(s) powered sugar

1 dash(es) salt

Directions:

1. Mix and poir into 9 X 13 pan, bake 20 - 25 minutes on 350 degrees.
2. Mix frosting ingredients together and frost if desired.
