Uses Fresh Express Tender Ruby Reds lettuces, fresh apple and carrots, and a few mixed nuts. My favorite salad. Substitute chicken for nuts.
Ingredients:
2 cups lettuce
1 apple
1/3 cup chopped carrots
1/2 oz mixed nuts
Directions:
1. Put lettuce on large plate.
2. Peel, core, and cut apple into bite-sized pieces
3. Chop baby carrots into bite-sized pieces
4. Top lettuce with apple, carrots and nuts
5. Top with fat-free salad dressing (not included in nutrition analysis)
