This is an old family recipe and always a request from when we have guests! Ingredients:
wrapper batter |
3 cups flour |
3 cups water |
1 tbls salt |
filling |
2 lbs ground pork |
1 whole chopped onion |
1 stick grated carrots |
1 tblsp minced garlic |
1 egg |
1tsp salt |
dipping sauce |
rice wine vinegar |
1tsp olive oil |
salt to taste |
minced garlic to taste |
black pepper to taste |
1 -2 hot chiles |
Directions:
1. For the Wrapper Batter: Heat griddle to 350. Wipe griddgle with cooking oil and paint brush on the batter for 1 minute each. 2. For the Filling: Mush all ingredients together and roll into wrapper - Deep fry for 1 -2 min until golden. 3. For the Dipping Sauce: Mix all ingredients to make 2 cups. |
