From the Mission Lakes Country Club Women's Golf Association cookbook, submitted by Barbara Gardner. These certainly seem like a nice change from onion soup mix burgers - the way I usually make them! Ingredients:
2 lbs ground beef |
2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce |
1 1/2 teaspoons salt |
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
2 eggs |
1/4 cup chopped onion |
1/4 cup pickle relish |
1/4 cup diced cheese |
prepared mustard (to taste) |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients and make 4 patties. 2. Cook 3 minutes each side in a Weber-type barbeque. |
