This works but you do need to use whole milk (1% will not give the same results)and raw almonds (the skins have something that helps you to sleep). Ingredients:
1 cup milk |
1 tablespoon honey |
1 tablespoon brandy (optional) |
4 almonds, raw, shelled |
Directions:
1. Heat milk in small heavy saucepan (or lare mug in the microwave) until very hot. 2. Stir in honey, brandy, and almonds. 3. Drink while hot. 4. Eat almonds with a spoon. |
