My grandma made the best home made brownies. I adapted her recipes to make it gluten free. Ingredients:
1/3 cup rice flour |
3 tablespoons potato starch |
3 tablespoons tapioca starch |
6 tablespoons cocoa powder |
1 1/4 cups sugar |
3 eggs |
3/4 cup canola oil |
1/4 cup chocolate chips |
2 teaspoons vanilla |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon baking powder |
1/2 teaspoon xanthan gum |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325. 2. Melt chocolate. 3. Mix all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. 4. Grease an 8 inch baking pan. 5. Bake for 45 minutes. |
