Ingredients:
200 g salted peanuts |
200 g cashew nuts |
200 g peanut butter |
400 g coconut milk |
1 tsp salt |
3/4 cup sugar |
2 tbsp white vinegar |
200 g water |
Directions:
1. grind all nuts. 2. put ingredients in pan. 3. stir together and bring very gently to boil. 4. don't let it burn! 5. keeps well in the fridge in a sealed container. 6. Tip- it thickens up in the fridge so I just use 1 or 2 spoonfulls and add some water to thin it out and make it go further. |
