Lucys Seafood Salad

Great if you are a seafood lover like I am.
Ingredients:
2 lb of fresh shrimp
1 28oz to 32oz can of scungilli (snails)
3 lbs of fresh or frozen calamari
1 large red onion
1-2 cloves of fresh garlic (to taste)
3 stalks of celery
1 bottle of clam juice
1-2 lemons (to taste)
salt to taste
pepper to tast
Directions:
1. Boil 2 lbs of shrimp, clean and chill.
2. clean and cook 3 lbs of calamari,
3. Slice into rings and chill, canned scungilli,
4. Rinse before adding to salad.
5. Slice 1 large red onion
6. slice 3 stalks of celery,
7. mince 1 to 2 cloves of garlic
8. Add all ingredients together and mix in 1 bottle of clam juice
9. Lemon juice to taste,
10. salt and pepper
11. . Refrigerate for approximately 2 to 3 hours
12. , serve chilled
