Ingredients:
1 cup pitted green olives
2-3 anchovies, rinsed and dried
1 tablespoon capers, rinsed
1 clove garlic
1-2 tablespoons olive oil
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients except the olive oil in a food processor and pulse until you have a coarse paste.
2. Add a little olive oil at a time until you reach a smooth consistency.
3. an be kept in the refrigerator, covered, for several weeks.
