1 cup pitted green olives |
2-3 anchovies, rinsed and dried |
1 tablespoon capers, rinsed |
1 clove garlic |
1-2 tablespoons olive oil |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients except the olive oil in a food processor and pulse until you have a coarse paste. 2. Add a little olive oil at a time until you reach a smooth consistency. 3. an be kept in the refrigerator, covered, for several weeks. |
