This is a great recipe for a kind of goulash thing, not sure why it's called LBS and not goulash, but oh well - came from my mom. Hearty, pretty easy to make, and you can store and microwave leftovers for the next week! Ingredients:
2 lbs ground beef |
1 green pepper, chopped |
2 cloves garlic, minced |
2 bunches green onions, chopped |
1 (11 1/2 ounce) can tomato juice |
1 (12 ounce) can whole tomatoes (blended) |
salt and pepper |
1 1/2 cups uncooked noodles |
Directions:
1. Brown ground beef. 2. Before done, add all other ingredients and simmer covered for 20-30 minutes. |
