Luau Fondue

a fondue on the lighter side... in response to a message board request...
Ingredients:
2 -3 lbs pork tenderloin
soya sauce
3 cups chicken broth, approx
1/2 teaspoon powdered ginger
Directions:
1. Brush the pork with soya sauce on all sides.
2. Let marinate for 1 hour.
3. Slice the pork paper thin and arrange either flat or rolled on a platter.
4. Mix the broth and the ginger in the fondue pot and bring to a boil.
5. Serve with rice and sauces for dipping.
6. Plum sauce, pineapple sauce, curry sauce (if you like spicy).
